CLIMATOP energy-saving, modern tripple glas.

We all are witnesses of the global warming, bigger and bigger energy costs and law changes regarding energy certificates of the buildings. These are the reasons why many investors are tring to build in a new, energy saving way using windows and glas with special features.  
Thats why OknoPlus offers you special glas, with two chambers with special law emiting coat, enabling energy saving in the house.

The actually best law emiting coat at the Polish market is Planitherm One from Glaspol. OknoPlus offers glas  CLIMATOP ONE with Ug value= 0,4 W/(m2K)! The gas between the glases plays also an important role -the most efective one is krypton. Unfortunetly this gas is much more expensive than  argon, because there is much less of it in the air, where it is won from (only 0.0001% krypton, argon - 0,93%).

Multifunctional

Modern glas should prevent warm loss and in the same time have other functions depending on the windows position in the house. Therefore we offer you glas with following functions:

• less often glas cleaning possible by use of glas with Bioclean coat = selfcleaning function
• intelligent reduction of sun light (warmth reduction in summer, energy saving by smaller air-conditioning)
• better soundprotection  (STADIP SILANCE)
• antiburglary with SGG STADIP.

In the CLIMATOP ONE glas offers you OknoPlus the SWISSPACER - warm spacer in the glas inside. It reduces the efect of cold-bridge on the glas edge and corrects the windows warm coefficient by 8%. It also is available in  many different colours fitting the window colour.

Environment protection

Many european countries, their goverments and producers, promote energy saving materials. Also OknoPlus offers you special double or tripple glazings, which have the U-value from 1.0 - 0,4 W/(m2K).

Windows manufactured by OKNOPLUS are provided with glas by Saint Gobain GLASPOL, and are normally fitted with SGG ClimaPlus heat-insulating glazing units of a thermal permeability equal to U=1,0 W/m2K. They are affixed on a SWISS SPACER heat-insulating frame that has been patented, launched and applied in production by Saint Gobain. The colour of the frame and window can be matched.

Protection against cold

Function

The main goal of double glazing is counteracting the heat loss from the room into outside. The additional feature is protection against excessive heating of the room. 

Structure

The heat insulating glazing SGG CLIMAPLUS consist of two glasses, one of them is with invisible noble metal layer and the another is of float type. A thin, invisible for the eye layer lets the light and sun energy threw into inside and prevents heat loss into outside of the room. The space between the glasses can contain noble gas, which additionally reduces the U warm coefficient.

NEW – CLIMAPLUS 4S … Comfort whole year

CLIMAPLUS 4S is a double glazing in which the one glass is a low emission glass with sun protection control. 

SUMMER:
CLIMAPLUS 4S guaranties double less sun warming compared to traditional double glazings.

WINTER:
CLIMAPLUS 4S guaranties three Times better isolation against cold then traditional double glazing.

Protection against sun

We offer you a wide range of sun protection solutions. The several sun protection solutions differ in their typical properties:

• the easiest solution of excessive heating of the room by sun light in the summer is using of the CLIMAPLUS 4S double glazing. CLIMAPLUS 4S (4 seasons) helps holding nicer, lower temperature of the room in summer and warmth in winter.
• SGG CLIMAPLUS SOLAR CONTROL with SGG PARSOL. SGG PARSOL is a colored float glass. There is no layer on it, that’s why it can be used both as normal single glass and double glazing.
• SGG CLIMAPLUS SOLAR CONTROL with SGG ANTELIO. SGG ANTELIO is a reflexiv Glass with hard layer (pyrolit method). It can be used both as normal single glass and double glazing.

Protection against injury and burglary

This function can be ensured by a double glazing with laminated Glass SGG STADIP®.
Below examples of use (depending on glass security class), which should help you by choosing the right glazing. Security class according PN-EN 356 norm (the trial is made by single or frequently strike of a Stell sphere of 4,11 kg falling free from a particular height).

Decoration and privacy

It happens, that lower visibility without lower sun transmission is wished. This affect can be achieved by using laminated glass with milky or coloured foli SGG STADIP.

Controlling visibility is of ten combined with esthetic. The solution in that matter is ornamental SGG DECORGLASS. A wide variety of design and colors enables choosing a glass with proper visibility grade and decoration effect.
